آن دست های زبر ، دل های نرم ، گام های استوار

وقتی با من دست داد نتوانستم زبری پوستش را ندیده بگیرم
او مدیر عامل شرکت تعاونی زنان ابریشم کش "بایگ" تربت حیدریه بود .
به دعوت دکتر ریاضی ، زن قدرتمند شورای شهر تربت ، پزشک ، استاد دانشگاه و کارآفرین وصاحب کسب و کاربه همراه تعدادی از زنان کارآفرین عضو انجمن زنان مدیر کارآفرین به این شهر سفر کردیم تا علاوه بر دیدار و آشنایی با کارآفرینان آن شهر در کارگاه توانمندسازی
زنان کارآفرین شرکت کنیم . میزبان ما از ساعت 3 صبحگاه برای استقبال از ما حرکت کرده بود و آنگاه که ما خسته از خواب ناآرام شامگاه در ایستگاه مشهد از قطار پیاده شدیم دیدار زنی بلند قامت با لبخندی بر لب به ناگاه خستگی را از تنمان زدود وسرخوش با او همراه شدیم . استقرار در مهمانسرای شهرداری و پس از آن حرکت به سوی بایگ که صنعت یگانه اش ابریشم کشی است و هر خانواده ای یک کارگاه ابریشم کشی در خانه به پا کرده تا امورات خود را بگذراند . گفتند دراین شهر هنوز رابطه سلطه وجود دارد و ارباب ها از خدمات زنان برای افزایش سود و سرمایه خود بهره می برند . وقتی وارد دفتر تعاونی زنان ابریشم کش بایگ شدیم مدیر عامل آن به استقبال آمد و زبری پوستش تعجب مرا برانگیخت و پس از بازدید از چند کارگاه بهداشتی و غیر بهداشتی ابریشم کشی تازه متوجه علت آن شدم .ابریشم های نازک ازمیان پیله هایی که درمیان آب جوشان شفیره هایشان از بین میرفت ، با سرعت دستانی ملتهب وآسیب دیده از حرارت و رطوبت دائم کشیده می شد تا دیگر مراحل کاربر روی آن انجام شود وبه شهرهای دیگر فرستاده شود برای تولید نخ ابریشم .
دخترکان از همان خردسالی این مهارت را می آموختند تا کمک خرج خانواده باشند و این صنعتی که با بی تدبیری مسئولان به سوی افول می رود اگر سودی داشته باشد همچنان متعلق به صاحبان سرمایه است و شرکت تعاونی که پیش از این برای توانمند سازی زنان کارگر این رشته تاسیس شده هنوز به دنبال وام و اعتبار وآموزش و حمایت های دولتی است . دخترک می نالد : مگر شعار عدالت و فقرزدایی نمی دهند ، اگر دستمان را بگیرند تا بایستیم آنگاه خود دست دیگران را خواهیم گرفت و دیگر محتاج نخواهیم بود . مسئولین استانی پاسخی ندارند سر تکان می دهند به علامت تایید . کارآفرینان تجارب خود را ارائه می کنند . من اما رهنمود می دهم لابد طبق عادت با این تفاوت که از واژه باید استفاده نمی کنم : می شود جلب حمایت سرمایه داران خیر داخل و خارج را نمود . دولت را به وظایفش یادآور شد . برای اعضاء تعاونی فرهنگ سازی کرد که از اندوخته هایشان - هرچند ناچیز – برای سرمایه گذاری و آموزش هزینه کنند و...
عصر همان روز درپایان کارگاه مدیر همان تعاونی ، متاثر از آن چه شنیده و آن چه دیده (فیلم خانم فلاحی گاودار صنعتی کرجی) اعلام می کند که روحیه دوباره ای گرفته و می خواهد راههای تازه ای را برای رسیدن به موفقیت طی کند .لبخند بر لبهای ما نقش می بندد . به هدف نزدیک شدیم ...
داستان کسب و کار دکتر ریاضی اما از نوع دیگری است . کارگاه زعفرا ن پژوهی دارد . برای کنترل کیفیت محصولاتش که عمدتاً صادر می شود . تمیز، زیبا ، با استاندارد بالا . می گوید شوهرم مسئول بازاریابی است به کار او دخالت نمی کنم و بیش از 60% سهام شرکت را به نام او کرده ام بقیه را هم اخیراً به نام فرزندانم کرده ام تا انگیزه بیشتری برای کار داشته باشند .
می گوید نیازی به سود شرکت ندارم ، درآمد ثابت دارم . مدیریت زمانش شگفت انگیز است . در جستجوی راههای تازه است و ایده های نو . نگران ظلم به زنان است و دغدغه های فرهنگی – اجتماعی دارد و البته سیاسی .
تنها زن عضو شورا رئیس نیست اما ریاست می کند .موجب افتخار زنان شهر و استان است ومورد احترام مسئولین استانی . ریاضی به وطنش عشق می ورزد و اعتلای ایران آرزوی یگانه اوست .
