روزگار وصل
مجالی پیش آمد که برای یک همکاری منطقه ای بین زنان سه کشور ایران ، افغانستان و تاجیکستان به این کشور سفر کنم . مدتها بود که با دوستان در انجمن زنان پژوهشگر تاریخ پیرامون سفر به تاجیکستان صحبت کرده بودیم ولی فرصت دست نداده بود تا برگزاری "کنفرانس بین المللی همکاری اجتماعی زنان پارسی زبان سه کشور"
تجربه خوبی بود و این سفر یک هفته ای پر بود از تجارب و نکات جالب و قابل طرح برای شما دوستان که سعی می کنم گزیده ای از آنها را بیان کنم :
- نمایندگان دولتی و غیردولتی افغان ارتباط خیلی نزدیک و صمیمانه ای با هم داشتند و خیلی مرز و چارچوپ برای روابط خود نداشتند . البته خنده های بلند و از ته دل این دوستان که از سرزمینی جنگ زده و مصیبت دیده آمده بودند و میراث داررنج هم وطنان خود بودند ، چندان برای ما قابل فهم نبود . در تمام مدت سفر ترانه های فارسی توسط آنان زمزمه می شد و اشعار مولانا و دیگر شعرای پارسی زبان (البته در نیمه های سفرکه یخ ها آب شد هم آوایی و هم دلی هم بیشتر شد .)
- تاجیک ها خیلی جدی و پرکار بودند و به دنبال دریافت تجربیات دو کشور دیگر و هم زمان با پی گیری برنامه ها ی کنفرانس و میزبانی بسیار خوبشان لحظه به لحظه پیوندهای فرهنگی – تاریخی و بویژه زبانی سه کشور را یادآور می شدند و از خراسان بزرگ یاد می کردند که موطن ما و آنها بوده و از جدایی ها شکوه می کردند . ضرب المثل های پارسی و اشعار سخن سرایان پارسی ورد زبان آنان بود چنانکه هیأت ایرانی را شرمنده می کرد که چرا ایشان و بویژه نسل امروز ایرانیان اینقدر از شعر و ادب پارسی فاصله دارند .
- در تمام مدت دوستان ایرانی فکر می کردند تجارب مثبت زیادی در زمینه ظرفیت سازی ، توانمند سازی وعمل گرایی در ایران هست که قابل مبادله شدن است . در جستجوی تجربیاتی هم بودیم که به درد ایران بخورد که البته چندان هم موفق نبودیم . میزبان تاجیکی ما می گفت این همکاری برای ما گرانقدر است و شما هم تجربه های خود را در کشور ما آزمودن می کنید . این کافی نیست ؟ ما هم که چندان نمی توانستیم معامله گرانه برخورد کنیم ، تأیید کردیم و آنرا فرصتی تصور کردیم که علاوه بر فوایدی که برای همسایگان ما دارد ما را نیزبرای حضور در جامعه مدنیش ورزیده تر می کند . البته در حوزه حقوق زنان و کودکان با توجه به حمایت دولت و حکومت تاجیکستان موفقیت هایی وجود دارد . بویژه تجربه قضات زن و لیگ زنان حقوقدان و همراهی آنان با پارلمان ،دولت و جامعه مدنی می تواند برای ما قابل استفاده باشد.
