باری ، وقتی شنیدم نمایندگان مجلس هفتم به جای حمایت از سیاست های مرکز و پشتیبانی از برنامه های معطوف به توسعه مشارکت زنان بنای تحقیق و تفحص دارند ، فکر کردم فرصت خوبی فراهم آمده تا با گزارش های متقن ، زحماتی که کشیده شده و دستاوردها هر چه بیشتر عیان شود اما حاصل بیش از یک سال استقرار هیأت مربوطه و صرف هزینه هایی که در اثر آن به بیت المال تحمیل شد ، آنچنان ناامید کننده بود که اگر بخواهیم به زبان خود دوستان سخن بگوییم باید از عبارت سیاه نمایی محض استفاده کنیم . گویی بخشی از یک دولت دست نشانده 8 سال تمام در این مرکز اهداف استعماری خود را دنبال کرده و هیچ دستگاه نظارتی هم وجود نداشته و اگرهم بوده لابد خود دراین آتش دستی داشته است . در حالی که طی این سالها گزارش های همین مرکزبخت برگشته از وضعیت زنان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مجامع بین المللی موجب تغییر بینش ها و نگرش ها شده بود و به واقع تحولات ایجاد شده برای رفع تبعیض از زنان و روند بهبود وضعیت آنان موجب تحسین می شد و گزارش های گزارشگران سازمان ملل در ارتباط با حقوق زنان (جزدر موارد خارج از اختیارات دولت ) بیانگر تلاش های انجام شده و نتایج مطلوب آن بود .
رئیس مرکز امور مشارکت زنان محکوم به این است که خویشاوندان را به کار گمارده و هم اینک خواهر رئیس جمهور معاون جدید مرکز است ! او متهم به ارتباطات وسفرهای خارجی متعدد است در حالی که چندی است اداره امور بین الملل مرکز به معاونت ارتقاء یافته است . متهم به ارتباط با گروه خاصی از NGOs درحالی که مسئولین جدید مرکز رسمأ اعلام کرده اند که تنها گروه خاصی از NGOs را حمایت خواهند کرد .
مسائل مطروحه در گزارش تحقیق و تفحص از مرکز لابد به لحاظ حقوقی توسط مسئولین آن پاسخ داده می شود ، هدف از این نوشتار تنها گلایه ای بود از دوستانی که به جای برنامه ریزی برای احقاق حقوق زنان به تخطئه کارهای انجام شده می پردازند و هزینه ها صرف می کنند و زحمت بسیار می کشند تا بذر ناامیدی بپاشند و خود مصداق همان چیزی شوند که دیگران را به آن متهم می کنند .
