معضل
روز پنج شنبه هیأت مدیره انجمن زنان مدیر کارآفرین برای ملاقات با بعضی مراجع و علما به شهر قم سفر کردند. من هم با وجود برنامه های ازپیش تعیین شده به دلیل اهمیت موضوع با دوستان همراه شدم .
قبلاً طی مکاتبه ای با حدود 28 تن از مراجع و علما مسئله کارآفرینی زنان و استفاده از آن برای سامان دادن به وضعیت زنان سرپرست خانوار مطرح شده بود واز ایشان درخواست کمک و پشتیبانی شده بود وهدف از سفر هم پیگیری همین مسئله بود. نکته جالب در این ملاقات ها آن بود که همه ضمن تقدیر از فعالیت های انجمن بلافاصله بحث ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده را پیش می کشیدند و میخواستند که انجمن به این مسئله توجه داشته باشد و به حل مشکلات اجتماعی از این جهت هم کمک کند . البته آقای صانعی ضمن تأکید بر مسئله فوق الذکر بلافاصله بر حقوق زنان تأکید کرد ویکی از رسالتهای ما را آشنا کردن زنان با حقوق خود به طور عام و حقوق اقتصادی شان به طور خاص دانست وگفت : با آگاهی دادن به زنان اجازه ندهید حق آنان درجامعه و خانواده پایمال شود. گفتگوها دوطرفه بود اما فرصت خیلی محدود . ما گفتیم که با بیرون آمدن دختران وباحضورآنان در دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزشی ونیز محیط های کاری اتفاقاً امکان ازدواج های توأم با شناخت بیشتر می شود و گفتیم که خانواده های زنان کارآفرین از سالم ترین ، مشارکتی ترین و پایدارترین خانواده هاست که مادرانی ورزیده و با تجربه دارد که می دانند از کم ترین فرصت ها چگونه باید بیشترین و بهترین بهره ها را برد وپدرانی فهیم وقدرشناس دارد که سعی می کنند نقش خود را آن گونه که باید ایفا کنند وفرزندانی متعادل دارد که با وجود در دسترس داشتن الگوهایی ارجمند کار مضاعف مادر را قدرمی دانند .
کوتاهی وقت ، مانع از آن نبود که دغدغه های موجود از برخوردهای پلیسی وخشن با مقوله ای که بدحجابی اش می خوانند ، مطرح نشود و آقایان بالاتفاق ضمن تأکید بر ضرورت سلامت و امنیت اجتماعی ، برخوردهای تند را تقبیح کردند و گفتند : این شیوه ها که تکراری هم شده نه تنها نتیجه مورد نظر را نخواهد داد بلکه معکوس عمل خواهد کرد.
بعد از یک روز فشرده کاری به تهران برگشتیم در حالیکه فکر می کردیم آیا روزی خواهد رسید که این دغدغه ها پایان پذیرد به شکلی که هم مردم هم مسئولین حقوق و تکالیف خود را بشناسند و به آن عمل کنند؟
